This week's big unveiling of the Nissan Z Proto concept – more a pre-production prototype than an actual concept – has been a hit with fans, if the CarAdvice comments section is anything to go by. With 240Z inspiration and a little Z32 300ZX thrown into the mix, design boss Alfonso Albaisa's team appears to have pulled it off. Much remains to be known about the latest Z car, and the price is perhaps the one detail that has fans biting their nails.

Electric car powered by poo unveiled by Queensland sewage treatment company

A Queensland sewage treatment company has unveiled its latest electric car powered by human waste. Four years after introducing an electric Mitsubishi hatchback powered by poo, the firm Urban Utilities has put its second electric car on the road and called it “Number Two”. The Hyundai Kona electric SUV even has the registration plates “NMBR2S” (number twos is rhyming slang for poo, in case you weren't aware).
